I created and launched the Eco Materials Advisor when I was a product manager at Autodesk. The tool leveraged the Granta Design material database and plugged into Autodesk Inventor and helped mechanical engineers assess environmental impact of their design selections based on carbon footprint, water footprint, embedded energy, RoHS, end of life, and cost.
